I work hard in my career and in the gym. I love my job and I love to train. I also love to let my hair down and have some fun. Don't get too caught up and obsessed with being the ultimate healthy man/woman, and forget about just letting loose.
No one can tell you you're overtraining, they have no idea what your body can handle. Just be kind to yourself and if you feel like doing a 2 hour workout, 2 sessions per day or training on your 'rest day' then do it!!
When you're finally free from all the negatives that have been weighing you down, you can truly start living the happy life you deserve.
