Motivation
This was me last night after Jiu Jitsu where my wife proceeded to practice formal throws on me but never once threw me on the crash mat.
3 more hours till the pain begins!

My co-workers asked me about my transformation and what I did to get this far. Once I explained the amount of work it has taken they gave me a funny look and then a new nickname, Captain Insano. I kinda like it!!
Stay focused...slow progress is better than no progress
