It all works even crossfit haha pick 1 and stick with it
When I run distance I'm pretty good above average but this kinda somes up my opinion on running just now
If your benching more than u squat..change your priority sand if your not squatting your not training don't care what you deadlift or run a marathon in
They don't realize what they are doing to there body's we were designed to walk 30 miles a day and hunt saber tooth tigers
This is so true here in the uk we have the most obese women in Europe we eat more crisps (potato chips) than the rest of Europe combined..
