Weight reference chart. Keep in mind these are for average bodies, as for an active athlete, building muscle mass with a low bodyfat% your weight higher than this shows how much above average you are. Rock it, own it fit fam'! *all charts vary little

There are three main body types: ectomorph, mesomorph, and endomorph. You can be a combination of body types, but will predominantly be one over the other. Muscle composition, and bodyfat storage/distribution very which one you are.
