My New Partner; To Help Me Keep On Track :) Gives me all my stats. Now I have a body fat% that is probably more accurate instead of using online calculators. RIP old scale.

When we squat, our lumbar spine extends, stretching the muscles in our low-back. There is little-to-no compression in the spine & stabilization is distributed between the muscles of the legs, hips and core. It's a perfect posture.

This needs to be my status on all my pages. My friend calls me yesterday and says, "I called you before I passed here because I figured you were at this **** gym," LMAO :D I was there and I am almost every time he calls, giggles

Seems so simple; yet the desire to meet an awesome well rounded partner can seem challenging. Liked the post when I saw it and 'Tweaked' it a little so now it's just right :)
