No matter your age, skill level or what you have achieved you should always leave yourself open to change. Look for new habits, new standards, new levels of discipline and new ways of being more positive with yourself. Always maintain the vision of the possibilities and get excited about being uncomfortable rather than fearing it. Always, always have the courage to live your dreams. A friend of mine always says “ Get up, dress up, show up.” I would add “Get after it” to that.
