Past: I started working out around the age of 15, did it for a couple of years and then stopped. After several years passed my body weight slowly fluctuated and I was overweight most of the time, usually over 220 with more than 20% BF. In 2012 I started working out again on and off, and I figured out that my genetics either store fat or build muscle fairly rapidly. I'd get to a goal weight and definition and then stop and pack on some pounds again.
I've decided to turn working out and eating healthy into a lifestyle and kick the term "diet" from my vocabulary.
