Working out on lunch break in high school I am a very athletic girl, I cross trained for Snowboarding, Rugby, Soccer, Basketball , mountain biking, etc! Yes I love extreme sports and pushing my limits. I was always naturally strong, so weights just fit, made me feel better,
When I was 18 I saw my fist Bodybuilding show in Vancouver and knew that stage was for me, I knew I can do it!
I got my hands on all bodybuilding reading material, magazines, and Arnold's Encyclopedia! Best book to start.
My fist bodybuilding show was almost a year after I was the Junior Champ at 19 and they remarked how I had my posing technique down, The diet to get there was horrible and I did crave everything but resisted. I was determined to make it even if I didn't have all the tricks and techniques to do so. I remember I was afraid of eating any kind of fat what so ever, so my skin and hair were DRY, and limited my water intake ( holds water), I wondered why I was lightheaded, tired, blacked out sometimes after/ during morning cardio.. Water is essential to flushing fat, keeping your electrical system (electrolytes salt, potassium, etc) balanced and connected.
I have since been Nationally Qualified with NPC competing over 5 Figure shows, WNSO Fame Pro card in 2 shows, and hundreds of competition Bikini Contests. I'm competing in NPC this year ( 2013) heart set on IFBB Pro card.
**August 17, 2013 I made it and Qualified in NPC Nationals Bikini!!! Next Step October here I come!!!

It's a natural Anti Depressant. Why so sad? Didn't go to the gym?? It's okay make sure to get in some exercise so hit the floor for some push-ups and head outside to walk/run, breathe deeply... So much better Now!
