Well, I have been working out for over twenty three years. I have always enjoyed working out, and I cannot remember exactly how long ago I started. If I am not mistaking I probably started doing weights when I was 15 years old. On the other hand I remember exactly when I started competing in bodybuilding no too long ago; this is a result of an unfortunate shoulder injury from powerlifting competition.
Why I Love it
Working out have always been my sanctuary to peace of mind and mental focus. I exercise to improve my physical appearance and mental toughness. I also use it as a motivational toll to guide me with my responsibility, discipline and goal settings. I basically work out to relieve stress and to socialize with others.
