Doing brosplits at the gym since high school with no idea about development and nutrition. Subsequently i have been overweight for most of my lift. My weight exploded in 2008-2009 when i started working full time at a desk job. tipped nearly 100kg on the scales (im only 5 foot 7). i went backpacking through Nepal and Europe, on a very tight food budget and walking on average 7+ hours a day, i leaned out pretty quick. I was around 70kgs in August 2010 and still looked quite toned due to the gym work i put in the few years prior.
Back in Australia after ending a relationship and generally not giving a crap i ballooned to over 100kg
I started on bb.com to bring this backwards and my goal is to be around 75kg ~12%BF by the end of 2014.
Im currently at 88kg today (26/06/14) 22%BF having lost 16kg since mid feb 2014
