Needed an outlet to release my stress from the day 02/2011.
I had always been a distance runner until I picked up my 1st weight .... NOW I do as the saying goes .... I pick things up and put them down... heavy things ;)

I love transforming my body and finding more and more strength within myself. Strong body = Stong mind
