About a year ago, after a long, hard look in the mirror I realized that I was extremely out of shape. I picked up Oxygen magazine in the grocery store one day and quickly became fascinated with the fitness models/bodybuilders which led me to recently join a gym. I am slowly but surely improving my physique and I'm so excited to see what I will have accomplished a year from now!
Why I Love it
The feeling I get from going just one more rep or doing just 2 more minutes on the elliptical when I think I physically can't take anymore is better than any junk food could ever taste! I love seeing that I can make my body change when I really put my mind to it.
