In 2010, I saw a picture of myself with a huge gut. I decided that it was time to get myself into shape. I started with BodyRock workouts which I found on YouTube and continued to follow Zuzka Light when she branched away from BodyRock until 2013 when I purchased a barbell, weights, a dip staton, a door pull-up bar and dumbbells from a used sports store. Since then I continue to do some HIIT workouts that I create myself & lift weights from home. Since January 2016, I have revisited and fell in love with Zuzka Light's HIIT workouts once again and am continuing my fitness journey doing her awesome workouts!!!
I have always been very waif until after I had kids and started eating crap. Lifting & working out has built some beautiful muscle curves on my body. I love seeing muscle definition come out!! Plus, I just feel soo good after I workout: my energy has doubled and allowed me to keep up with my daughters.
