I have always been an active person. I practice martial arts, I like sports, etc. I started working out when I was 13 years old because I was too small and skinny. It was just push-ups, sit-ups and basketball/football. I noticed that people would comment on my body and see things that I couldn't so that motivated me to go further. Soon, it wasn't long before I was addicted. I then had to be stronger, faster and better for my size and age. I've always loved bodybuilding since as long as I could remember, and now not only did I want to be good at what I did but I wanted to have one the most impressive physiques as well.
It's rewarding. Everything about it feels good (except leg days) lol. The pain is worth it. To know that you've gone through the worst and survived and it was all on willpower and determination (all you). To know that after this, you have taken another step into progression on attaining that higher level of self that most people can only dream about. I love discovering new possibilities and breaking through tough barriers, especially when it pertains to my physical and mental possibilities. Besides I like feeling good.
