I started working out in the Oktober 2012 and from than on I love it. I don't like the days when I miss my training, so I don't have many off days. I believe that for average guy like me you can't get overtrained.
When my wife got pregnant I got pregnant with her :) just that I gained fat. I didn't like myself at all anymore. Confidence was down on minimum. Even clothes were too small. So, I decided I have to do something about it. At first I started to work on my food discipline. I lost in nearly 2 months 10 kg. But I did't feel so much better. That's why I decided to sign in local gym and from than on that is my second home.
I love bodybuilding because I like the change on my body and spirit. Confidence is back up. Energy level is much higher even though I sleep less than before.
I like the pain during training. I push myself every time as much as I can and further.
It is not just training, it's also what you put in your body and when you put it. It's the only sport which you actually train 24/7.
