I started off from a footballing background (soccer) and I wanted to get stronger and bigger as my height became a disadvantage as I got older. I was pretty tall for my age in school but as everyone hit puberty they overtook me and my football game suffered.
Since then I have up playing ball and focused more on my lifting, in the meantime I was still learning and practising all sorts of bad stuff... Bad diet, not training smartly, etc.
Then as my knowledge grew and I got more into my lifting and moved away from football I decided it was time to nail my nutrition and training and get leaner than ever! I had tried many times in the past but obviously knowledge was against me so I failed.
And now I'm here, blessed and surrounded by all you great people.

It provides my life with a structure, I makes me feel good and proud, it changed my life, it has made me happy with my body, it has have me confidence, it has taught me things about myself, it has given me discipline, it had provided me with experiences I will never forget, it has taught me that there a lot of good people out there.
