Started after college, knew some guys in college who lifted and that was motivation enough. Really got serious about it in the last 10 years or so, unfortunately when it was harder to burn fat and build muscle.Have always been an exercise and nutrition nut.

Crazy about the way it makes me feel mentally and physically. Kills stress, runs the age man away and builds my confidence. I manage commercial construction and size helps with needed intimidation at times, it aslo results in respect for those working for you. I have a son at 6'4" and another at 6'6" as well as a daughter at 5'10", since the sons out grew me in height I have the size otherwise on them and that is good for respect and intimidation when needed !
