I started training when I was 12 I have made many mistakes and learned a lot of the many years I have trained. I try to help others to not make the mistakes I did and that knowledge is power.

I love it for it is the fountain of youth! It helps keep you energetic and healthy. That is if you take the proper steps of nutrition and rest and don't take or use things that may harm you.
