i was when i started at just under 20 stone in weight i am now at 15 stone 12 lbs i was out of breath at the slightest thing i did so i gave up useing a car and started walking to work about a 5mile round trip a day then got some weights and a bench and train at home for about 10 weeks then when i reach a stage that i felt i cannot do anymore at home without injuring myself i joined a gym at the stage were my weight loss as stayed the same now for a while and am now doing kris gethins 12 week hardcore training routine it is hard some of the exercises i carnt do at the gym im at because the dont have certain machines and some exercises i havent got the strenght for but i dont miss out on these exercises i replace them with ones i can do
makes you feel good that when you coplete a workout its is you can say you have completed something personal to you yes other people are there working out for what ever reason they do it it is personal to them eg fitness,looking good for an up coming holiday/ actracting a partner/ vanity/or just wanting to be here for your family some better reasons than others yes but what ever your reason dont give up on it
