I have worked out everyday of my life since I was 3 yrs old, sometimes 2x daily . I didn't have your normal childhood, I was programed to be a pro. While my friends took vacations to disney, I was in training camps. I've done some weight training but was limited because of all the distance events I was competing in. I love weight training ! I use to do nothing but cardio, now I've turned it around. I've been weight training a little over one year. I lift heavy , for my size I am strong as everyone tells me? I love the results !! I work out everyday, I don't take days off, I know its not for everyone but I've been doing it for so many years, I work different body parts everyday. This works for me. People think I'm crazy and some get intimidated by the way I train, But thats me thats who I am.
