I've always been involved in sports most of my life and wanted to get into something as an adult. I needed something I could do on my own terms any time of day, and any season. Started running for exercise and ended up with an injury, so I started lifting while that was healing. I loved it from the first day and never stopped!
Why I Love it
No matter how horrible my day is, I can go to the gym and throw some weight around. No one bothers you, there are no distractions, and it feels great to get all that rage out in the power rack and leave it there.
