During my teenage years, I noticed that I had a propensity to gain weight, and by the time I was in my early twenties, I was overweight. In addition, a heart condition precluded my ability to participate in any physical activities and/or exercise. Specifically, I found out I had a WPW cosmetic heart defect. I was feeling physical pain and my weight which reached 200 lbs. made
me feel even worse when I was looking in the mirror. Something had to be done, and my best friend who worked out a lot helped me with my decision to start exercising.I started in 2004 with a program for fat loss and every two weeks I kept changing my exercise program. I lost the unwanted fat and am now on a muscle gaining plan.
Previously I was diagnosed with WPW syndrome, a severe heart condition. I'm currently healthier than ever and the heart condition is nowhere to be found.
Surpsingly, once I began my bodybuilding program, I felt a type of motiviation I had never before experienced before. I kept imagining the outcome I wanted to achieve and this motivated me to continue.
