I have always been into sports. I never hit the gym though. just focused on free body weight exercises. However, I broke my ACL and PCL ligament of right leg in 2011 while paying cricket and ACL of left leg in 2014. I had to be operated for both legs and I am still recovering. This motivated me to become stronger and healthier then ever before and this is how I became a fitness freak..!
Working out is the best part of my day. It relieves me of stress, gives me energy and the increased blood flow while working out motivates me to push my self harder in every aspect of life. My vision, attitude and confidence level all has changed and I am continuously pushing myself forward. I believe that if I can lift I can do anything in life! I also wish to be a fitness inspiration for my friends, family and people all over the world. I want to tell them the benefits of healthy living, clean eating and lifting! I want them to adopt the healthy way of life.
