I have been active in the gym for years. I would eat clean/healthy all week long and then I would sabotage all my results by binging on beer and pizza over the weekend! I have finally decided that all that hard work is too precious to just eat away. I really do want a tone, fit, healthy body and am going to get it. Finally! My kids help drive this passion. They are so sweet and supportive and really do enjoy helping me prepare all our healthy meals.
Why I Love it
I love the natural HIGH of pushing the weights! There is nothing more rewarding than pushing oneself beyond their limits and reaching new personal bests! It is euphoric to be able to do unassisted dips and pull-ups. Our minds are our own worst enemies.
