I started working out at a young age because I played a lot of sports. Working out as a young kid kept me out of trouble. Growing up in Montana there was not a lot to do so working out became one of my favorite hobbies.

I love working out because it keeps me motivated for my work, family and myself. It it one of the best hobbies to have in the world. . I love working out for my family because I want to be around for a very long time to see my grandchildren. I really want to be one of those in shape dads that my kids can be proud of.
