I always was active with sports in high school and into college. I played soccer at Idaho State University and after I finished - I didn't know what to do! I had no one making me work out and I started losing ALL my muscle and gaining excess fat. I started working out because I got fed up with feeling lethargic and lazy all the time. I realized that I was the only person who could make the changes necessary to live a healthier lifestyle and love what I saw in the mirror. SO - I got started. It was painful, and still is, but so worth it!
Why I Love it
I love the feeling after a great work out! Even if I have done nothing else that day, I still feel like I accomplished a lot. When I get into a slump and don't work out it changes everything in my life for the worse. Exercise is my stress reliever, my anti-depressant, and my all around feel good addiction!
