I started at home buying a bench dumbbells and barbells and weight in January 2007. I ordered this bench for Christmas and learnt everything I could about training, nutrition and supplement since the day I ordered this bench! Gym membership was too expensive for me at the time.
I had always done a lot of sports but didn't have much time anymore for the team sport and wanted to practice on my own, bettering myself.

I love it because you better yourself continuously both on the mental and physical aspects. Plus you learn so much about yourself and how to surpass yourself every time.
