I've been an athlete my entire life - working out has been a natural extension of the fitness sessions and practices I've been used to.
Why I Love it
I'm such a fan of working out for so many reasons - the feeling of a great workout is amazing. Working out has always helped me focus in other aspects of my life as well. I'm also a big fan of never taking your health for granted - it feels good to know I am doing what I can to be in shape and healthy.
