Started lifting weights in late 2009 when I was in college. Continued with it after making some positive changes in my life. Stopped due to a relationship distraction, work, and life responsibilities that made it exceedingly difficult to continue working out and I kinda just fell off the bandwagon.
I have tried starting again multiple times, but conflicting information, injuries, or work got in the way.
Now, I'm kinda restarting from scratch having lost most of the gains I made in my twenties. I'm back down to the basic weight I could lift when I started. My official start again would be 6/24/19.
Why I Love it
I love the feeling of exhaustion and actually even the pain to some degree. I feel this a lot when I'm biking too.
