My dad, & just seeing people around and how much they've transformed, & know that it's possible.

It's a great feeling, walking out of the gym knowing you've done something good to your body. I love the pump, I love seeing progress. I also enjoy being able to shape my body to how i see fit, its amazing that we have that kind of control over our body. And the respect, when you diet and workout and spend every waking moment perfecting your shape, people notice, and youre not just a somebody, people compliment and respect you, and thats a lot of motivation.
