I've always wanted to do bodybuilding, but health issues wouldn't allow me to do so. In October those issues were dealt with and in February I started watching my diet and in April I took the leap and started lifting. I didn't like what I was seeing in the mirror and had tried different products looking for a quick fix, but realized that a quick fix didn't last long. So I don't see it as a diet, I see it as a lifestyle change that will help me be more involved in my children's lives and one day my grandchildren. And I feel so much better about myself and my husband doesn't mind either. I started at a size 10 and am now at a size 4 :)
