diagnosed with high blood pressure, had ill fitting clothes etc. Began walking 1 mile per day, and once change started to happen lost close to 40lbs of fat and put on at 25 lb lean muscle....still going

Its a release from stress, has replaced overeating, booze etc. Love viewing,building and tracking plans
