Well, I've always worked out, but never continued after a certain amount of time - maybe a month or two. Then I would take off and struggle to get back on. I think it's safe to say that this time I plan on being committed to myself and continue to lose weight and make great progress, and finally make time for myself.
Why I Love it
I really enjoy the feeling of being sore. It's weird, but I like it. It's a sense of accomplishment...until you need to use the restroom. Then you regret everything.
