I have been interested in fitness for many years. Lifted weights on and off for about 15 years but was never really serious about it (more off than on!). When I turned 28 it hit me that I was about to be 30 and I wanted to enter it being the most fit and best looking as I could. I decided to get off my butt and get serious about making my body look like I want instead of just whining about it. It has been a long hard journey so far, but I am loving the results. No matter how long it takes me or how many obstacles I have to face, I will get there.
Why I Love it
I love the way I feel when I am working out and paying attention to what I eat. I love the changes I see in my body both in how it looks and how much healthier and more entergetic I feel.
