I started working out when playing sports in high school, but had of few medical problems (had surgery on my shoulder because it kept dislocating and tumor removed from my face which required them to cut a bone out of my leg to replace the bone in my jaw) after I graduated so I strayed away for the last 6-7 years. I let myself get to around 300 lbs and I decided it was time to get back into the shape I knew I was capable of.
Why I Love it
I love the feeling of being healthy and looking better. It's also a great way to spend time with my beautiful girlfriend who enjoys working out and staying fit. I work 50 plus hrs a week being a manager at hunter Douglas and lifting is a great way to deal with the stress from that and life in general.
