Totally by accident. I was in my junior year of high school and I had never even set foot in a gym at the time. It was the start of the semester and I needed to register for an extra curricular class.So I chose weight training. Didn't know I'd get hooked.
Why I Love it
People tend to talk about that "pump" they get from lifting. The pump isn't what brings me back every other day. What brings me back is the burn. The burning sensation you feel from working your muscles to failure. That's when you know you've actually done your job and your best.
