I was looking at social media and became fascinated with how much the human body can accomplish in such a short amount of time. When I was 120kg (the heaviest I ever was) I was depressed and disappointed with my life so I decided to turn my life around, joined a gym, and just became obsessed.

The pump is quite satisfying, haha, but in short, it warms me up since I'm usually very cold plus it helps me socially since it's better than being inside all day.
