I became interested in training when I was a young child. I was homeschooled in the early 80's down in South Florida. My mom went to the gym religiously and took my brother and I with her after we were done with our school work. I used to "workout" on some of the machines. It was a HARDCORE hole in the wall gym that was hot, but I loved it! I loved the sound of the weights, the smell, and the way the people looked. My mom had a trainer named Frenchie who trained a lady named Sally Gomez that was a bodybuilder from down that way. She won local events and such. It was cool. I also used to watch Bodybuilding on TV when they used to broadcast it. That is how I got interested in it. I was VERY YOUNG, but it stuck with me. Then when I was about 20 years old, I picked up my first Oxygen magazine with Vicky Pratt on the Cover. I was so intrigued and new I wanted to look like those women in Oxygen!
It gives me internal strength and power, mentally and physically. I love the way my body responds so quickly to a clean eating plan (all Gluten Free of course) and vigorous training. I have always loved working out and I will until the day I am no longer on this earth. I also love it because I inspire a lot of people that I know to eat clean and workout hard!
