i think TV was a big influence when i was a child, the Hulk, Superman, World Strongest man, i started Athletics and this is when i started to learn how to train with weights, a bit later i went to a hard core gym in my home Town and started to lift for my Athletics (sprinter/ shot putter) and after a year a Bodybuilder told me i have potential for Bodybuilding i thought about it for a day and decided to give it a go, (stopped Athletics) trained for 6 months and won my first comp, I have had a few injuries but still going and trying to put 10 pounds of muscle on in the next few years to be at the top end of my weight class in the BNBF under 72kg. last comp was back in 2013 i was second not bad as i was starting all over again as i hurt ma back after the 2008 Scottish out of alignment and back locked up ( lumber, thoracic, cervical) it got worse before it got better, next few years i slowly got better with help from my physio and now am back at my best, been planing to do a comp in an open competition could be classic Bodybuilding, i need to be 8-10 pounds more on stage, if this year goes well then it could be next year 2021
