I have always been very active and Iâm forced to eat healthy(thanks to gluten and dairy allergies). I was always one to set a ridiculous goal and go for it. I was always a huge cardio junkie but that came to a end after I overtrained and injured myself. Naturally I couldnât just sit back and let things heal themselves, so one day I followed Chris downstairs into the âscaryâ weight room(what woman isnât initially scared of that area). He showed me some routines and before I knew it I was hooked. I love to eat and eat well and Fitness is my meditation. After all who doesnât want to look fabulous naked! As a result of my efforts in the gym, July 13th 2013 I was made a WBFF PRO! First competition and a pro card to boot! LIFT EAT AND DESTROY!
