I have been training on and off for years, but recently/ over the last few months i have been training atleast 6 days a week atleast. I feel great, not quite at were i want to be, but getting there!!!
Why I Love it
Well my reasons r that i just love training, u feel great when u come out of the gym, u look great, and u feel like u could walk on air!!!,, my only regret is that at being 39yrs young, that i had carried on with the training and not stopped &amp;amp; started.!!! But over the last few months i have gone from 12 stones to over 14 stones in 2 and a half months..But i have worked very hard to get to that stage, which i have enjoyed, every minute, and will carry on enjoying.!!!
