I was coaching tennis juniors and could see at a certain age the children began to increase in all kinds of ability. This was in addition to the skills I was teaching them. I knew my knowledge had to improve to continue as a Professional in my field. Thus I enrolled immediately in a UK University to study Applied Sports Science.

I love the way my body feels, looks and moves after I have worked out! I love pushing my bodies limits towards better performance and development. Its much better to work smart than hard so I match myself up to the right exercise type with my dominant muscle fibre type :)
