ive always been interested in keeping fit and eating right. i first started training when i was 16 because of a midical reason and once i overcome that i just kept training.At 18 i was 84kgs and looking great but then had to move out of home and could not afford to train anymore as work and study took over my life(i didn`t pick up a weight for 9 years)i worked and studied hard,got married and bought a house so at that point i decided to started training again and loving every second of it.

i leave the stress at the door and forget everything,just train.I love the pump as it motivates me and that feeling i get when i walk out after.The problems i had at the door,i pick them up again and solve them just like that.
