I was an athlete all my life.. I ran track through high school and college/semi pro. I loveed working out, eating what ever i wanted, getting the looks and stares from people women and men because of my seriously fit body. Now I'm working on getting it back and keeping it.

I love working out because it makes me feel healthy and good. It give me alot of energy and confidence in myself. Its apart of my lifestyle so i really dont think nothing of it
