I'm usually a big lifter.
Unfortunately in January, 2013 I started having severe shoulder pain from driving my forklift at work.
And after 3 yrs of "recovery" including an exploratory surgery, the Drs labeled me permanently partially disabled. I'm in the process of re-training in school and re-training my body from the non-working out able person it's been.

Now I'm focusing on getting the shoulder back up to par and losing this "Lazy" weight I've picked up from not being able to lift.

Love the feeling of endorphin's.
As sh**ty as my day has been I can always count on my weights and some time on the bag to make me feel all better.
