Im not quite sure where this motivation all of a sudden came from. One day my boyfriend (who is very active himself and very supportive of me getting active) showed me Kris Gethins 12 week program. I started watching a few videos and its like a switch flipped in my head. I went out and got all these groceries that were healthy and some protein powder and just started working out. Im not following Kris' workout instead im doing jamie easons 12 week livefit program. where ever this motivation came from im totally ok with it. :D
This is the first time I have really gotten into it with the meal planning and everything. Im still trying to figure out what it is im trying to accomplish other then just feeling healthy and looking good. I love having something to do and I love the way i feel after a workout. Its also great having common ground with my boyfriend who works out hardcore :)
