HI! My name is Melissa and I stated working out back in Feb 2010. I started working out because my husband had deployed for the first time and I needed something to keep my focused on the positive and keep me healthy while he was away...not to mention, looking damn sexy when I got to see him for his R&R ;) hehe But, once he returned from his deployment for good, I slacked and put back on all the weight I worked so hard to get off. I didn't like myself at this point and I was determined to feel better. In August 2012, we moved to Germany and we will be here for 3 yrs. Once we got settled in our home and I had all my weights and treadmill, I hit it hard. I went from 160 to 134 in two and a half months. I was excited, but as it comes with lifting weights, the lean mass started building and the numbers keep creeping up. I'm not too worried about it because muscle weighs more than fat and that is what I am currently working on, is decreasing my BF%. My husband is my motivation to stay fit and healthy. I will NEVER be one of those fat Army wives!
I love the feeling I get after I workout. I feel the sexiest when I am dripping sweat and my muscles are twitching. I love getting a good stretch in after an amazing workout. I love it when I pass a mirror naked and I see definition all over my body. And I love it when my husband says that I am sexy and beautiful and that he is proud of me.
