Due to injuries and long term pain I started working out 4 years ago and not looked back! Had a hiccup this year with being diagnosed with Eye Cancer (Ocular Melanoma) which through my training for a long time BUT back on track now and determined to do something about those extra pounds I've piled on! Here goes a challenge to complete and hopefully successfully xxx
