I started working out when I was 16 at home to try to do what seemed impossible at that time, which was to gain some muscle mass. I graduated high school weighing around 110 pounds so I never was a big guy. I had played competitive soccer all my life so working out became more of my stress reliever once I gave up competitive sports. I got into personal training while in college and was hooked immediately with the industry. I always had a very competitive mindset and wanted to be the best at whatever I was pursuing so that helped push me to learn and soak up as much knowledge from everyone around me as I could. To this day I still work daily with improving whatever I can possible and to learn more and more as I continue this journey.
I love working out because it gives me a chance to dial in and focus on myself and go beyond what I limit myself to in my own head.I love to compete either in sports or in anything that can challenge me in some way so I can always progress and challenge myself. This sport has given more to me then I could ever return and has helped me develop into a better person in my life. The people who I have come across and become friends with over these last 10 years has also been a huge reason as to why this sport has changed my life.I
