I caught the fitness bug about 7 years ago. I was in decent shape for many years, but it was only after the birth of my second child Nov 2008 that i made a promise to myself that i would fulfill my dreams to compete. I have 2 children taylor 16 and gabriel 20mths. I had taylor when i was 16 so i was very much a single mom with the help from my very supportive family! After many years i thought i was ready to marry the man of my dreams, but once we found out i was pregnant he left! I was on my own throughout my whole pregnancyI and remain a single mom today but i have NEVER been HAPPIER!! So that is one of the biggest reasons why i became total dedicated to the gym and working out! I needed to feel stronger physically mentally and emotionally. And there is no better way than to start transforming your body
I love working out because it makes me feel that i can concur any of lifes challenges that come my way! i have been through a tremendous amount of stress and because i use working out as a stress reliever i am a much better person, mother, freind and nurse!
